The MasterWeld MW800-WB combines a compact professional welding bench with an integrated W3 certified welding fume extraction system, providing an efficient all-in-one workstation for fabrication, maintenance and production welding. Designed for workshops where space is at a premium, the MW800-WB offers outstanding extraction performance whilst maintaining a practical 800 x 800mm working area.

Integrated W3 Certified Filtration

The built-in extraction system incorporates high-efficiency W3 certified cartridge filtration capable of achieving greater than 99% filtration efficiency. This makes the MW800-WB an excellent choice for professional welding environments where effective control of welding fumes is essential, including applications involving stainless steel and other alloyed materials.

Full Surface Downdraft Extraction

The galvanised steel work surface is designed to extract fumes evenly across the entire working area. As welding fumes are generated, contaminated air is drawn downwards through the bench, helping capture airborne particles close to their source before they can spread throughout the workshop.

Advanced Nanofibre Filter Technology

The MW800-WB is fitted with a high-performance Sintexx Plus nanofibre cartridge filter, delivering excellent filtration efficiency whilst maintaining consistent airflow. Unlike PTFE-coated filters, the environmentally friendly filter media provides outstanding performance without the use of PTFE.

Simple Manual Filter Cleaning

Routine maintenance is both quick and straightforward. The filter is easily accessible and can be manually cleaned without removing the cartridge from the machine, helping reduce maintenance time whilst maintaining optimum extraction performance.

Built-In Spark Protection

An integrated spark arrestor helps prevent hot sparks and larger particles from reaching the primary filter, helping protect the filtration system and extend filter service life during everyday welding operations.

Intelligent Filter Monitoring

The MW800-WB features a differential pressure monitoring system with a clogged filter alarm, alerting the operator when filter cleaning is required. This helps maintain maximum extraction efficiency whilst reducing unnecessary maintenance.

Integrated Dust Collection System

Collected welding dust is directed into a removable dust collection drawer, allowing waste material to be safely removed during routine servicing and helping maintain a clean working environment.

Compact Professional Workstation

With its compact 800 x 800mm work surface, the MW800-WB is ideal for small to medium-sized fabrications, repair work, maintenance operations and educational environments where workshop space is limited but professional extraction performance is required.

Optional UV Welding Screen

For enhanced operator protection, the MW800-WB can also be supplied with an optional integrated UV welding screen, helping shield nearby personnel from welding arc radiation whilst maintaining easy access to the work area.
