Large 1200 x 800mm Welding Work Surface
The spacious galvanised steel work surface provides ample room for welding larger fabrications, structural components and longer assemblies. The increased bench size allows operators to work more efficiently whilst maintaining excellent access to the workpiece, making the MW1200-WB ideal for busy fabrication shops and production welding environments.
Integrated W3 Certified Filtration
The MW1200-WB incorporates advanced W3 Certified cartridge filtration capable of achieving filtration efficiencies greater than 99%, providing highly effective removal of welding fumes generated during MIG, MAG, TIG and MMA welding. This makes the bench particularly suitable for professional applications involving stainless steel and other alloyed materials where high-performance filtration is required.
Full Surface Downdraft Extraction
The perforated work surface is designed to provide consistent downdraft extraction across the entire bench area. Welding fumes are drawn directly downwards through the table, helping capture airborne contaminants close to their source before they can spread throughout the workshop or enter the operator's breathing zone.
High-Performance Nanofibre Cartridge Filter
The integrated extraction system features a high-performance Sintexx Plus nanofibre cartridge filter, delivering exceptional filtration efficiency whilst maintaining consistent airflow. Manufactured without PTFE, the environmentally responsible filter media offers reliable long-term performance for demanding industrial applications.
Simple Manual Filter Cleaning
Routine maintenance is designed to be quick and straightforward. The filter cartridge can be manually cleaned without removing it from the machine, reducing servicing time whilst helping maintain optimum extraction performance throughout the working day.
Integrated Spark Arrestor
An integral spark arrestor protects the primary filter by preventing larger hot particles and sparks from reaching the cartridge filter, helping maximise filter life and maintain reliable long-term extraction performance.
Differential Pressure Monitoring
The MW1200-WB features an integrated differential pressure monitoring system together with a clogged filter alarm, providing a clear indication when filter maintenance is required. This helps ensure the extraction system continues to operate at maximum efficiency whilst minimising unnecessary downtime.
Integrated Dust Collection Drawer
Collected welding dust is deposited into a removable dust collection drawer, allowing particulate matter to be removed safely during routine maintenance whilst helping keep the working environment clean and reducing housekeeping requirements.
