The MW1200-WBL brings together everything required for modern fabrication into one compact workstation. The generous 1200 x 800mm work surface provides ample room for larger fabrications and assemblies, whilst the integrated extraction and UV welding screen create a safer, cleaner and more efficient working environment without the need for additional external equipment.
Integrated UV Welding Screen
The rear-mounted UV welding screen helps protect nearby personnel from welding arc radiation and glare, making the MW1200-WBL particularly well suited to busy fabrication workshops, production facilities and training environments where multiple operators may be working in close proximity. The integrated design maintains excellent visibility whilst providing an effective separation between the welding area and the surrounding workspace.
W3 Certified High-Efficiency Filtration
The built-in extraction system incorporates advanced W3 Certified cartridge filtration with a filtration efficiency exceeding 99%, providing highly effective removal of welding fumes generated during MIG, MAG, TIG and MMA welding. This high level of filtration makes the MW1200-WBL particularly suitable for professional fabrication involving stainless steel and other alloyed materials where effective fume control is essential.
Full Surface Downdraft Extraction
The perforated galvanised steel work surface provides consistent downdraft extraction across the entire bench, drawing welding fumes downwards through the table before they can disperse into the workshop. This integrated source capture system helps improve operator comfort whilst maintaining a cleaner working environment and eliminating the need to continually reposition extraction arms.
Advanced Nanofibre Cartridge Filtration
The MW1200-WBL is fitted with a high-performance Sintexx Plus nanofibre cartridge filter, engineered to deliver exceptional filtration efficiency whilst maintaining consistent airflow. Manufactured without PTFE, the environmentally responsible filter media provides reliable long-term performance for demanding industrial applications.
Fast and Simple Filter Maintenance
The filter cartridge is easily accessible and can be manually cleaned without removing it from the extraction unit. This practical design reduces routine maintenance time whilst helping maintain optimum airflow and extraction performance throughout the working day.
Integrated Spark Arrestor
An integrated spark arrestor protects the primary filter by preventing larger hot particles and sparks from entering the filtration system. This helps maximise filter life, reduce maintenance requirements and improve the long-term reliability of the extraction unit.
Automatic Filter Performance Monitoring
The MW1200-WBL incorporates a differential pressure monitoring system together with a clogged filter alarm, providing continuous monitoring of filter condition and notifying the operator when maintenance is required. This helps ensure the extraction system continues operating at maximum efficiency.
Integrated Dust Collection Drawer
Collected welding dust is deposited into a removable dust collection drawer, allowing waste material to be safely removed during routine servicing whilst helping maintain a cleaner and more organised workshop.
